Laser Photonics Technology, Inc is a spin-off company at the University at Buffalo, located in Buffalo, NY that is leveraging its expertise in optics, lasers, software development to become a worldwide leader in providing photonics tools for research.

LPT is in a close partnership with its sister company Advanced Cytometry Instrumentation Systems, LLC (ACIS), which is also a spin-off company at the University at Buffalo and specializes in Photonics and Biophotonics development.

Through this partnership, both companies have established a global commercial network with partners from Japan, China, India, Brazil, Belarus, etc.

LPT’s funding to date is from three sources: research grants and contracts (1 million in SBIR funding), private investment, and product sales.
